• Experience working as a Member Service Representative at Planet Fitness.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performance team.
• Assist General Manager with staff oversight and management.
• Assist member, staff, and club issue resolution.
