Job Summary

Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle all front desk related tasks, info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours, and handling any changes needed to a member's account.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions, forwarding to the Club Manager/Assistant Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.

Shift Expectations (4 – 8 hour shifts)

• Minimum 1 hour for Deep Cleaning.
• Minimum 1 hour for Continued Training.
• Full shift duties as outlined in "Essential Duties and Responsibilities".

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time.
