We are Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise based in Austin, TX, with over 90 clubs across 6 states, including markets like Austin, Dallas, Raleigh, Tulsa, and NW Arkansas. Our growth offers opportunities for advancement, with many senior managers starting at the front desk and progressing to roles earning over $100k.

All team members are responsible for creating a positive member experience through excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by filling in for available shifts.
• Assist with shift coverage as needed.
• Check members into the system and facilitate account updates.
• Guide prospective members during tours and assist with sign-up processes.
• Respond promptly to member questions and concerns, escalating as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude and reliable punctuality.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
