Rialto Member Services Representative

Location: 2008 N Riverside Ave, Rialto, CA 92377, United States of America

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

This role involves creating a positive member experience by providing excellent customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
2. Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, taking tours, signing up new members, and assisting with cash drawer management.
3. Update members' accounts as needed.
4. Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
5. Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the club, including completing daily cleaning tasks and periodic checks.
6. Perform other duties as required based on club needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
