Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience by delivering superior customer service to members, prospective members and guests. This part-time role focuses on front desk duties, member check-in, tours for prospective members, and maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

The ideal candidate has a customer service background, basic computer skills, a passion for fitness, and a punctual, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including: Answer phones, check members into the system, sign-up new members, take tours for prospective members.
• Facilitate needed updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and escalate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

Job Summary

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.

Shifts Available

We're hiring part-time team members for a variety of shifts, including:

• Opening Shifts - Early Morning between 4:30am - 12pm


• Daytime Shifts - Morning and Afternoon between 12pm - 7pm


• Closing Shifts - Evenings and Nights between 5pm - 10pm


• Weekend Shifts - Mornings between 6:30am - 12pm and Evenings 12pm - 7pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.


• Handle all front desk related activities including:
  
  
  
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
  
  
  • Check members into the system.
  
  
  • New member sign-up.
  
  
  • Take prospective members on tours.

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and walking during shift.


• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.


• Must be able to occassionally lift up to 50 lbs.
