Job Summary

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Responsibilities

1. Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
2. Handle all front desk related activities including answering phones, assisting callers, checking members into the system, signing up new members, conducting tours, updating member accounts, and responding to member questions and concerns.
3. Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

All staff receive a free Black Card membership after 90 days.
