Member Service Center Representative – Call Center (Full-Time, Multiple Shifts Available)

We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our dynamic Member Service Center team. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our organization, delivering five-star service and building lasting relationships with our members. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Handle 80–100 inbound calls daily, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
- Assist members with questions about checking, savings, loans, and lines of credit.
- Accurately document all interactions and member feedback.
- Deliver exceptional service by resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Recommend financial products and services tailored to members’ needs.
- Process loan payments and various account transactions.
- Represent our brand with a positive, confident, and helpful attitude.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to online banking, account access, and more.
- Follow through on commitments to ensure complete member satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, personable individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others.
- Flexibility to work one of three available shifts – we operate 24/7!
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a call center environment.
- Financial services experience is a plus.
- Strong computer and multitasking skills – you’ll be typing, searching, and assisting all at once.
- Quick learners with a high school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in business or related field is a plus).

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $39520.00/yr.
