Member Service Center Representative – Call Center (Full-Time, Multiple Shifts Available)

We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our dynamic Member Service Center team. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our organization, delivering five-star service and building lasting relationships with our members. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Handle 80–100 inbound calls daily, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Assist members with questions about checking, savings, loans, and lines of credit.
Accurately document all interactions and member feedback.
Deliver exceptional service by resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
Recommend financial products and services tailored to members’ needs.
Process loan payments and various account transactions.
Represent our brand with a positive, confident, and helpful attitude.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to online banking, account access, and more.
Follow through on commitments to ensure complete member satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Outgoing, personable individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others.
Flexibility to work one of three available shifts – we operate 24/7!
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a call center environment.
Financial services experience is a plus.
Strong computer and multitasking skills – you’ll be typing, searching, and assisting all at once.
Quick learners with a high school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in business or related field is a plus).

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $39520.00/yr.
