Member Services Representative (Mid-day Shift 10am-4pm)

Reports to:

• Manager

Requirements:

• Proficient reading and writing skills
• Computer Skills

Responsibilities:

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests following company procedures
• Facilitate messages on club software during member check-in
• Answer phones courteously, helpfully, and professionally
• Communicate upcoming events to members and guests
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for members
• Handle member requests or escalate to a manager
• Maintain professionalism at all times
• Sell retail products
• Process payments for member services according to company procedures
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Assist with projects delegated by management
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Perform opening and closing duties

Meetings:

• Attend monthly or weekly department and employee training meetings
