Member Services Representative

As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing superior customer service to all Planet Fitness members and guests. Your duties include maintaining cleanliness of the facility and ensuring a welcoming environment. Our focus is on putting members first and delivering the best experience possible. You will learn about people quickly in a friendly environment and be responsible for:

1. Greeting members, prospective members, and guests with a warm smile.
2. Giving tours, providing membership information, and signing up new members.
3. Answering phones in a friendly manner and assisting callers.
4. Addressing member questions or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
5. Helping members update their accounts.
6. Maintaining the cleanliness of the club, including cleaning equipment and facilities.

Shift Structure

(Subject to change based on business needs):

• Overnight shifts starting at 10 pm.
• Morning shifts Monday to Friday, from 5 am to 3 pm.
• Afternoon shifts Monday to Friday, from 2 pm to 10 pm.
• Weekend shifts Saturday and Sunday, from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm.

Physical Demands:

• Standing and walking during shifts; comfortable shoes recommended.
