Job summary

KlickWay Athletics in Renton, WA is seeking a part-time Member Services Associate to warmly welcome members, assist with enrollments, and manage check-ins.

You will support lead generation, answer inquiries, maintain a clean facility, and coordinate with management. The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and ability to lift 45 lbs; shifts include day/evening/weekend.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic retail sales knowledge preferred.
• Functional computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members, verify check-ins, and resolve issues.
• Conduct New Membership Tours and sign-ups, explain options.
• Lead generation and sales through understanding services offered.
• Regularly sanitize and organize equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe facility and report maintenance issues.
• Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and exceed expectations.
• Answer calls and manage messages professionally.
• Maintain collaboration with management and staff.
• Handle mail and packages with proper tracking.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and Welcome Members: Warmly greet members, create a friendly atmosphere, and develop first-name relationships. Verify check-ins and resolve issues.
• New Membership Tours and Sign-ups: Conduct tours, assist with enrollment, and explain membership options.
• Lead Generation/Sales: Understand the services and products we offer in-depth, stay curious, and discover when members need our help in transforming their health and wellness journey.
• Equipment Cleaning: Regularly sanitize and organize equipment.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure a clean, safe environment; put away weights and monitor/report maintenance issues.
• Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and exceed member expectations.
• Answering Calls and Message Handling: Handle calls professionally and redirect or take accurate messages.
• Collaboration and Communication: Maintain effective communication with management and staff.
• Mail and Package Handling: Receive and distribute mail and packages, ensuring proper tracking.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
