Job Summary

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Responsibilities

1. Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
2. Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, assisting callers, checking members into the system, new member sign-up, and giving tours to prospective members.
3. Facilitate updates to members’ accounts and respond to questions and concerns professionally, escalating as needed.
4. Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the club.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 or older.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking during shifts.
• Talking in person and on the phone.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Potential exposure to chemicals.
