TEKsystems is seeking a Member Service Representative in Jacksonville, FL. This hybrid, contract-to-hire role requires you to respond to member inquiries within a 24/7 contact center.

You will provide product information, assist with financial transactions, and guide members to solutions that fit their needs. The position allows remote work with restrictions (within 60 miles of Jacksonville) and requires availability on a varied schedule.

Remote with restrictions** (must live within 60 mile radius of Jacksonville)

Pay Rate: $20.75/hr

Schedules Range : Sun-Sat, between the hours of 11:30am - 12am CST (5 day work week, 8 hr days)

Anticipated Start Date: December 28th

Contract to Hire

Description

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.
• Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
• Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Teleworking Requirements

• High Speed Internet Connection (at least 100mbps dowload, 25 mbps upload)
• Private internet connection (not shared internet service)
• Ability to hard-wire 2 ethernet cables into router (candidates must provide a photo of the back of their router, showcasing 2 available ethernet ports for consideration)
• Quiet, secluded home workspace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $22.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
