Longevity Fitness Charleston, Inc. is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to support daily operations and deliver an exceptional member experience.

You will assist the Member Services Manager, promote retail, and manage Mindbody scheduling while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong communication, teamwork, and a focus on member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years previous experience in hospitality or member services.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Sales experience.
• Exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and provide outstanding member care.
• Support the Member Services Manager and promote/sell retail.
• Manage Mindbody scheduling and accounts.
• Complete administrative tasks and help maintain a welcoming, organized environment.
• Maintain consistent evening and weekend availability.

Job description

Member Services Representative

plays a key support role in creating an exceptional member experience while assisting with the daily operations of the Longevity Club. Responsibilities include providing outstanding member care, supporting the Member Services Manager, promoting and selling retail, managing Mindbody scheduling and accounts, completing administrative tasks, and helping maintain a welcoming, organized, and clean environment.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, proactive, and solution-oriented. They communicate effectively, work with a sense of urgency, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and collaborate well with the team. They take initiative, respond thoughtfully to member needs, and represent Longevity Club with professionalism and care while supporting the club's overall success.

The Member Services Representative reports to the Member Services Manager.

Consistent evening and weekend availability is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience


• 1-2 years previous experience in hospitality or member services


• Superior written and oral communication skills

Employment and Benefits

This is a part time position, offered at an hourly rate of $18 - $20.
