Responsibilities:

  • Respond to member and provider inquiries and requests concerning benefits, claims, and complaints within a call center environment to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Handle calls from members and providers, responding to complaints and grievances.
  • Record all calls and details accurately.
  • Process requests for adjustments on claim issues and requests for disenrollment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 6 months call center experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Excellent telephone communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
