Role Description

The Member Services Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Albuquerque, NM, responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to current and prospective members. Daily tasks include greeting members and guests, answering questions about memberships, services, and club amenities, and handling check-ins and account updates at the front desk. The role involves managing phone and in-person inquiries, processing membership enrollments, cancellations, and billing-related changes, and maintaining accurate member records in the club’s systems. The Member Services Representative supports problem resolution, escalates complex issues when needed, and partners with team members to promote club events, classes, and promotions. This position also contributes to a clean, welcoming environment by following opening/closing procedures and upholding Crunch’s #NoJudgments culture in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to support members, respond to inquiries, and build positive relationships.
