Position: Member Services Representative - Full Time - Overnight Hours
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)

The Member Services Representative is responsible for creating a positive “Judgement Free” member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

ENVIRONMENT: Work is performed in an indoor environment; exposure to noise, dust, mechanical and electrical hazards, and cleaning chemicals.
PHYSICAL: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; to frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and make repetitive hand movements in the performance of daily duties; occasionally to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate amounts of weight (up to 50lbs); and to verbally communicate in person or on the phone to exchange information. Must maintain physical ability to administer CPR in the event of a medical emergency.
Vision: See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
