Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service or office support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and residents in person and by phone in a courteous manner.
• Provide information on community rules, amenities, programs, and services.
• Process rentals, passes, permits, and payments according to procedures.
• Support daily operations of Member Services, Rental Services, and Access Control.
• Enforce community rules consistently and respectfully.
• Operate POS, access control, and software systems accurately.
• Maintain records and documentation for member services activities.
• Assist with cash handling and deposits as required.
• Keep front office clean, organized, and professional.
• Escalate concerns to the Supervisor as appropriate.
