Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with the public and cash handling preferred.
• Proficiency with standard business software and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process membership enrollment and program registrations.
• Greet members and visitors and direct them to destinations.
• Handle inquiries and complaints with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Accept and process cash transactions and reconcile daily till.
