Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking part-time, personable Member Service Associates who enjoy a fast-paced environment and delivering quality service to members and prospective members. The pay range for this position is $13-$15 per hour.

Serious applicants must be able to work nights and weekends. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting members, processing memberships and completing program registrations, with a strong emphasis on customer service and computer skills.

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate basic systems.
• High school diploma or GED required; must be 18+.
