Job summary

First Community Credit Union in Jamestown, ND is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Member Service representative to provide frontline support to members and branch staff, resolving inquiries related to teller functions, deposits, and account processes.

You will maintain knowledge of IRA and HSA programs, deliver training, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver excellent member service by phone and in person, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service and administrative experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and phone systems.
• Positive attitude and ability to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support to members and staff by resolving inquiries related to teller functions, deposits, and account processes.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of deposit products, services, and core systems for account maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Support and process IRA and HSA programs, including inquiries, transfers, rollovers, tax form reviews, and compliance tasks.
• Facilitate teller and deposit training, including preparing materials and delivering presentations for Member Service functions.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal policies by following procedures and documenting member encounters.
• Deliver excellent member service through timely, professional phone support and ownership of issues.
