Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience by delivering superior customer service to members, prospective members and guests. You will greet members, process check-ins, assist with new sign-ups and lead tours.

Additionally, you will update member accounts, respond to questions with empathy, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. A High School diploma and 18+ age are required, with a positive, punctual attitude.
