Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs all teller functions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, cashier's checks, and transfers.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions; maintain member records.
• Greet members and assist with account openings/closings, direct deposits, and product inquiries.
• Actively promote marketing campaigns and identify product referral opportunities.
• Interview members, process loan applications, and advise on loan decisions.
• Answer phone queue and assist members in person.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
