# Member Services Concierge - Part TimeHockley, TX 77447## DescriptionYour responsibilities will include greeting Members and their guests, answering phones, directing calls and booking lodging and amenities, all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** • Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members. • Greet members and guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner. • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly. • Oversee inquiries related to spa services and lodging, while operationally managing the actual booking process. • Requires knowledge of standard operating procedures for both lodging and spa services, as well as assisting with the wide range of other amenities offered at the Club. • Follow safety and sanitation protocols. • Any other duties, as assigned.## Qualifications**Required Skills and Qualifications:** • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. • A genuine desire to work as part of a team and contribute positively to our workplace culture. • A commitment to providing exceptional service that makes a difference to our Membership. • Comfortable working with a computer and various software programs.**Working Conditions:** • Shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • You may experience variable noise levels. • May be required to work evening, weekends and/or holidays.**Physical Requirements:** • Prolonged standing, sitting and walking. • Reaching, bending and twisting for most of the workday. • Remain in stationary positions most of the work shift.**Physical Functions:** The physical demands and characteristics of the work environment are representative of those needed to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
