Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check in members, give tours, sign up new members, calculate rates and monthly payments.
• Assist in updating member accounts and resolving questions or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organized club environment; complete daily tasks early in shift.
• Perform other duties as needed based on club requirements.
