Job summary

Excel Fitness in Frisco, TX is seeking a dependable Team Player to support daily club operations. You will assist members, maintain a clean and safe environment, operate the front desk and POS, and help with inventory and promotions as needed.

This role requires standing for long periods, completing CPR/AED training within 30 days, and communicating professionally with members and staff. You’ll work with the GM and AM to implement operational strategies while upholding Excel Fitness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; CPR/AED certifications are required before working alone.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers; team-oriented and well-organized.
• Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and using a computer; familiar with Excel and Planet Fitness brand requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform to your best abilities during your assigned work shift.
• Monitor and maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Operate the Planet Fitness app, content, and updates.
• Input and update member information into tablets and POS.
