Qualifications

• ASR I requires 1 year Member/Customer Service; 18 months Call Center preferred.
• ASR II requires 2 years Call Center and 1 year Member/Customer Service.
• Strong computer and communication skills; attendance and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from members to provide information on products and services.
• Investigate and resolve member questions and issues; cross-sell MECU products where appropriate.
• Maintain professional image and provide excellent member service via phone.
