Qualifications

• Twelve months Call Center experience for ASR I.
• One year of Member/Customer Service for ASR I.
• Eighteen months Call Center experience for ASR II.
• One year of Member/Customer Service for ASR II.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to members about products and services.
• Handle and resolve complaints and problems regarding accounts.
• Cross-sell MECU products and services.
