Ripco Credit Union is seeking a friendly Universal Member Agent to join our Minocqua team. You will work one-on-one with members, build relationships, and assist with a wide range of financial needs from everyday transactions to digital banking support.

In this role you will provide frontline service, help with account maintenance, consumer lending, and navigate regulatory guidelines while delivering trustworthy guidance in a member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous financial, customer service, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
