Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, etc.).
• Cross-sells deposits, loans and convenience services based on member needs.
• Researches and resolves member questions and concerns with timely, accurate responses.
• Performs routine daily, weekly and monthly tasks and maintains cash drawer controls.
• Follows credit union policies, security rules and dual-control procedures.
