Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: one to three years in customer service, cash handling, sales, banking or financial services.
• Education: high school diploma or GED.
• Interpersonal skills: ability to communicate with members and operate a computer.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process member financial transactions.
• Cross-sell deposit, loan and convenience services.
• Research and resolve member account questions and concerns.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly routine tasks.
