Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a detail-oriented Bank Teller to provide high-quality member service and carry out routine cash transactions, deposits, and withdrawals. You will promote Credit Union products, ensure accurate balancing of cash drawers, and comply with applicable financial regulations.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to multi-task.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft products and basic computer tasks.
Demonstrates SPARK! service standards and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Perform routine teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, money orders, and check cashing.
Explain, promote, and cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
Balance cash drawer and reconcile at shift end using Episys totals.
Verify endorsements, dates, and proper signatures on checks and deposits.
Maintain a secure work area for negotiables and confidential records.
Provide professional, friendly service and respond to member inquiries and problems.
