Job summary

The North Rutherford YMCA is hiring a Part-time Member Services Associate to be the first face members see and help connect people with the YMCA. You will welcome members, lead tours, assist with registrations, and support a positive member experience in a welcoming, friendly environment.

Join our Membership Team and contribute to member engagement and community connection, with shifts across various locations and flexible evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about serving others.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Able to stand, sit, or conduct walking tours of the building.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

The North Rutherford YMCA is Now Hiring for Member Services Associate

Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Though we offer flexible shifts across all locations. The following locations are seeking specific availability:

- Sumner County: Hiring for closing (4:30p - 9pm) and weekend shifts

- Northwest: Hiring for opening (4:45-9:00 AM) and weekend shifts

- Franklin: Hiring for opening shifts (4:45-9:00 AM)
