Job summary

The Margaret Maddox YMCA in Nashville is seeking a Part-time Member Services Associate. You will be the first face members see, welcoming guests and helping them engage with memberships, programs, and services.

Flexible shifts across locations include evenings and weekends, with responsibilities in check-ins, registrations, and member support. As part of the Membership Team, you will build relationships to enhance member engagement and retention, providing outstanding service and guidance.

The Margaret Maddox YMCA is Now Hiring for Member Services Associate

Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Though we offer flexible shifts across all locations. The following locations are seeking specific availability:

- Sumner County: Hiring for closing (4:30p – 9pm) and weekend shifts

- Northwest: Hiring for opening (4:45-9:00 AM) and weekend shifts

- Franklin: Hiring for opening shifts (4:45-9:00 AM)

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome members and guests with outstanding customer service
• Lead tours and share information about YMCA memberships, programs, and services
• Assist with program registration and membership transactions
