YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a part-time Member Services Associate at the Atlee Station location. You will answer phones, greet members, process memberships and registrations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has excellent customer service, strong computer skills, and is at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED. Weekend availability is required for this role.

Job description

The Atlee Station YMCA is currently seeking part time, personable Member Services Associates who enjoy working in a fast paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members. The pay range for this position is $13-$15 per hour.

We are in looking for candidates who are available weekdays/weekends, specifically Monday-Friday 9:00-1:00pm and 1:00pm-5:00pm.!

DUTIES of a Member Services Associate

Member services associates will be required to answer phones, greet members, process memberships and complete program registrations. Must be able to work weekends and nights.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Member Services Associate

Member services associates should have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and be 18 years old or older.
