Qualifications

Experience: 1 month to 12 months in a similar role.
Education: High school education or GED.

Other Skills: proficient in cash handling, basic computer use and keyboarding, clear communication.

Responsibilities

Process member financial transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, transfers, etc.).
Respond to member requests, resolve issues, and route questions to the appropriate person.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain high service standards.
Cross-sell Rogue Credit Union products to meet member needs.
Balance cash drawer and daily transactions; manage ATMs and vault activities.
Perform other duties as assigned with flexibility and accuracy.
