Job summary

Rogue Credit Union is looking for a member service-focused teller at the East Medford Branch in Medford, Oregon. You will accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while delivering friendly, confidential service to members in person or by phone.

You will balance cash, assist other branches, and promote Rogue's services to deepen member relationships. This non-exempt full-time role requires flexibility and a positive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–12 months of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and listening skills with cash handling ability.

Responsibilities

• Process member financial transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, transfers).
• Provide friendly, confidential assistance to members.
• Assist other departments for unsurpassed service across the credit union.
• Cross-sell Rogue's products and services to meet members' needs.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions; perform branch opening/closing duties.
• Perform other duties as needed.
