Responsibilities

• Build/strengthen member relationships and deliver superior member service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transactions.
• Verify member identity/signatures and approve transactions as needed.
• Sell money orders and official checks; assist in daily proof.
• Cross-sell products and services by explaining rates, benefits and features.
• Ensure security of workstation and cash; notify supervisor if cash on hand exceeds limits.
• Balance teller drawer daily and prepare deposits.
• Comply with policies; work in other branches as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed by supervisor.
