Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a part-time associate to help with member service, merchandise handling, and loss prevention. The position pays $17.00 to $25.00 per hour and shifts may vary.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment and cash registers.
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle returns, organize merchandise, and monitor area to prevent shrink.
• Assist members with purchases, locating merchandise, and using self-checkout.
• Process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Support security by observing potential incidents and keeping logs.
• Assist with training Frontline Service associates on processes and new technologies.
• Follow Open Door Policy and comply with ethics and integrity standards.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to meet priorities.
