Formación

• Minimum one year of call center and sales experience.
• Experience within a financial institution is preferred.

The primary focus of this position is to assist our members with their personal financial needs over the phone, including emailing and texting platforms, while promoting and educating members on our financial products and services. Must maintain corporate professional standard levels while interacting with our members, and providing a high degree of accurate services in accordance with our credit union policies and procedures. Experience to promote Credit Union products and services to meet members needs, logging attempts appropriately and in a timely manner. Will be responsible for researching and solving member questions and/or inquiries. Maintain good member relations by effectively listening, empathizing and communicating answers to our member’s questions. This includes follow up calls to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

One-year of call center and sales experience required; experience within a financial institution is preferred. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast paced work environment; be self motivated and reliable to complete assigned tasks; and provide excellent member service over the phone, email and texting.
