Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Member Service Specialist for our Buffalo/Depew locations. This front-line role focuses on accurate, friendly member service in a fast-paced credit union environment.

You will process transactions, assist 40-50 members daily, and support online banking while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Strong communication and multitasking are essential, with travel between branch locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of hands-on cash handling experience.
• Ability to travel between both branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and follow cash-handling and compliance procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional service to members as the first point of contact.
• Assist 40-50 members per day in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with basic account questions.
• Support online banking and digital transactions.
• Identify member needs and refer appropriate products and services.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM with rotational Saturdays with team (Once a month)
