Hello Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented teller to join our team. You will provide fast, friendly transactions in person, by phone, and via mail, while answering members' questions about services and actively cross-selling other products.

Responsibilities include handling cash, recording transactions, opening new accounts and assisting with loan applications, exchanging foreign currency, and promoting products. A professional, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promoting the bank’s products and services
• Keeping customers’ personal information confidential
• Communicating with other bank team members
