810 Seven Seventeen Credit Union Inc is seeking a Lead Member Service Representative to supervise daily branch operations, manage cash levels for recyclers, PTMs, and ATMs, and deliver exceptional member service.

You will mentor and train new MSRs, process deposits, loan payments, transfers, and account maintenance, and support branch staff with cash exchanges and balancing while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in a financial institution or cash-handling role.
• Accurate cash handling and balancing required.
• Ability to complete an Excel assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash levels for cash recyclers, PTMs, and ATMs.
• Process member transactions: deposits, payments, transfers, maintenance.
• Mentor and train new MSRs.
• Support branch staff with cash exchanges and daily balancing.
• Maintain cash vaults, ATMs, PTMs, and card inventory.
• Prepare and reconcile cash and Liquid Fund reports.
• Uphold security, compliance, and confidentiality.

Job SummaryThe Member Service Representative Lead supports daily branch operations by managing cash levels for cash recyclers, PTMs, and ATMs while delivering exceptional member service.
