Job summary

TRUMARK CREDIT UNION is seeking a Member Service Representative, Floating, to assist members across multiple branch locations. You’ll deliver friendly service, open accounts, process transactions, and promote digital tools.

The role requires at least 1 year in banking, strong communication, and adaptability to a rotating set of branches. This is a full-time, on-site position with flexible hours aligned to branch needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; continuing education preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of branch or equivalent experience with a financial institution.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational abilities, knowledge of banking products, and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members and provide extraordinary service while identifying their financial needs.
• Promote Trumark’s products, services, and programs to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Handle loan processes including loan applications and requests (excluding Home Equity and Mortgage) and assist with settlements.
• Leverage mobile and digital banking tools to enhance member experiences.
• Support the branch by performing teller functions, resolving escalated issues, and assisting as needed.
