Job summary

1st Community Credit Union is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative I to join our Sparta office. This part-time role (20 hours per week) is ideal for someone who enjoys helping members with routine financial transactions and building relationships with community members.

You will process deposits and withdrawals, handle debit and credit card requests, and support teammates in delivering exceptional member service while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.

Position Summary

As the first point of contact for our members, this role is essential in delivering outstanding service and assisting with a variety of financial transactions. This part-time position (20 hours per week) is ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments while building a career in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with daily transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments

• Process debit card, credit card, and change order requests

• Develop positive business relationships with new and existing members

• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services

• Adhere to all credit union policies, procedures, and guidelines

• Maintain strict confidentiality of member information and comply with privacy standards
