Genisys Credit Union in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking a Full Time Member Services Representative to deliver high quality member service at the Rochester Hills branch. The role includes opening accounts, assisting with loan processing, and handling member requests with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Cross selling credit union products and services to provide high quality member service and reach credit union goals and objectives.
• Opening and closing membership accounts.
• Performs loan transactions from processing applications to payout, following Genisys lending procedures and guidelines.
• Ensures that members' requests and questions are promptly resolved whether in person, over the phone, or via other communication methods.
• Maintains the Credit Union's quality reputation and projects it to members.
• Obtains appropriate state license to sell loan protection insurances.

We are currently seeking motivated candidates for a Full Time Member Services Representative at our Rochester Hills branch. This position has the opportunity to earn incentive pay.

Position Purpose:

Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served by performing a broad variety of member services functions.

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

• Cross selling credit union products and services to provide high quality member service and reach credit union goals and objectives
