Communication Federal Credit Union in Shawnee, OK is hiring a Member Service Representative to deliver friendly, accurate teller service and assist members with financial needs.

You will handle deposits and withdrawals, answer questions, cross-sell products, and help members achieve their financial goals in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Schedule includes weekdays and some Saturdays; on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in financial institution or retail customer sales/service required.
• Prior cash-handling experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Serve as primary contact and build relationships with members.
• Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.
• Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-selling.
• Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday and rotating Saturdays.

POSITION INFORMATION

As a Member Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional member experiences by providing prompt, efficient and courteous member service and process accurate teller transactions. Cross-sell credit union products and services in alignment with members' financial needs and strategic goals of the credit union. This position serves as a front-line contact for most member dealings at the credit union.

Schedule:

Rotation: Monday-Friday and some Saturdays;

Must be available to work 7:45am for earliest shift - until 6:15pm on latest shift; some Saturdays 9am-12pm.
