High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Reliable transportation; must live within 30 minutes of assigned office
Must pass a physical exam and be subject to random drug screenings
Occasional overtime and after-hours work may be required during outages
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform general office tasks
