Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, member check-in, new member sign-up, and tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the club.
