Job summary

Self-Help is seeking a Customer-focused Member Service Representative for our Grandview, WA team. You’ll engage with members, assess needs, and provide outstanding service while handling deposits, payments, and account transfers.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, bilingual English/Spanish, and at least one year in a financial institution or customer service role. Cash handling and teamwork are valued in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
• Minimum one year experience in financial institution or other customer service industry preferred.
• Prior cash handling and customer service responsibilities preferred.
• Preference for teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess member needs.
• Maintain and enhance member account relationships with excellent service.
• Process share deposits, loan payments, payrolls, and transfers.
• Maintain drawer cash levels within prescribed amounts.
• Post and log night, ATM, and mail deposits as part of dual-control.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

We are seeking a Member Service Representative to join our Grandview, WA Team!

WHAT You’ll Do:

• Initiate and lead conversations to identify and assess member needs.

• Maintain and enhance member account relationships by providing excellent member service.

• Process share deposit payments, loan payments, manual payrolls, and account transfers.

• Maintain drawer cash levels within prescribed amounts.

• Post and Log night, ATM, and mail deposits. (Part of dual-control team.).

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

WHAT You’ll Need:
