Chemco Federal Credit Union is seeking an energetic, multi-tasking, innovative individual to fill the position of Member Service Representative in a small-town Credit Union. As the primary Member Service Representative, you will be an important face and voice of the Member Service side of the Credit Union. Basic job duties include addressing members' basic financial needs such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, online banking assistance, debit card issues, account research, product offerings, and more. Punctuality, communication, and organization are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Banking experience
• Proficiency in basic math
• Knowledge of financial services

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.76 - $16.89 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
